Soroptimist International of Desert Tucson
Membership in Soroptimist Desert Tucson is open to all adult women who want to help other women succeed.
At Soroptimist Desert Tucson, not only do we bond together while working to help Tucson women and girls - we have fun doing it! We have regular socials and events that provide opportunities to get together. We also have an informal breakfast on the second and fourth Thursdays at 8 am, as well as lunches and happy hours each month. We'd love to have you join us for any of our events. Membership is open to all Tucson women who would like to make a difference in the lives of women and girls. Our Business meetings are the first Thursday of every month at 7:15 am via Zoom. On the third Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm, we have a Program meeting which is in-person at various locations. At the Program meeting we have a social time plus a speaker or activity. We have informal breakfasts at 8 am on the second and fourth Thursdays, as well as regularly scheduled lunches.
Members get the most out of Soroptimist the more they participate, but we know that there are times when life needs to take precedence. That's why we have no set requirement to attend meetings or other events or to serve on a team.
