Soroptimist International of Desert Tucson works with a number of area providers to assist women who need financial assistance in order to complete their GED. 

In 2023, our first year of the program, we helped 9 women in Southern Arizona with GED test vouchers.

You are eligible to apply if you:

• are a woman 18 years of age or older registered in and attending GED classes in Southern Arizona
• have completed at GED Ready Practice Test with a score of 150 or more or have completed a Kaplan practice test and scored 70% or greater
• have financial need
